In an effort to create a new enterprise system for Landstar Logistics, we were charged to research, design, and test a new carrier/agent/third part experience to elevate the overall user experience from Landstar. During this engagement, myself and the team conducted several stakeholder and user interviews, designed and tested interactive prototypes of low-fidelity wireframes, conducted card sorts and tree tests, , created a comprehensive visual design system, and conducted moderated in-person user tests to adjust the designs.
The end result was a redefined experience for the users that allowed for faster load posting and searching as well as increased business for all parties involved.
